Piano Stickers for Keys – Removable w/Double Layer Coating for 49/61 / 76/88 Keyboards

I guess it is unfair to rate it at a 3... but...I purchased these and they are exactly what I ordered and the quality is great. I bought these because I am learning the piano and I often look down to make sure my gorilla fingers are striking the correct keys. The problem is my hands and fingers cover up the stickers so, I have to lift my hands up to see the stickers which defeats the purpose of the stickers in my opinion.I ended up purchasing another product where the stickers are located up higher and are more easily seen without having to take my fingers off the keys. It is like night and day. Not saying that you should not buy these stickers, just saying take into consideration the location of the stickers before buying.

I am going to give this thing 5 stars - simply because it is exactly what it says it is.But the question is this: Should you use these stickers or similar stickers?I'm going to say, NO.Here's why:There are 88 keys on a standard keyboard; but there are not 88 things to remember. Once you understand that the keyboard is just repeating sets of keys that you can easily identify by repeating sets of 2 black and 3 black sets of keys then there is a lot less to remember.Really, you only need to remember 7 things. Those are the white keys among the patterns of black keys. Once you learn the names of the 7 white keys the black keys are right there with similar names.So, why are you putting 88 stickers on a keyboard when all you need to know is 7 things and learn to recognize how patters repeat across the keyboard?How long does it take to find 7 things (C,D,E,F,G,A,B) on a keyboard and find the patterns?I bought these and put them across 2 Octaves. It slowed down my learning process since you tend to look at the stickers rather than learn to recognize the repeating patters of black/white keys across the keyboard.The above, just my opinion. After two days I removed all the stickers. That's about how long it takes the average person to learn the layout of a piano keyboard. The stickers became is distraction.

I considered other brands of stickers, but I really like the fact that these ones show where the notes are on the staff. I was a violin soloist for over two years so I know how to read sheet music that is in treble clef. The base notes have always had me stumped because in my head, I have to shift them into treble clef before I can read the note. These stickers will be very useful in learning the keys of the piano as well as the notes and how to read them. They do make my keyboard look cheap (and will make a real piano look even cheaper) but my keyboard doesn't leave my room so I don't really mind.

Great product!! Better than I ever expected. Very easy to apply. Comes with a small stick so you don't get the stickers dirty. The quality is far better than I ever expected. It's been 15 years since I've played and these have helped me remember the keys as well as where they are at on the staff. Thank you for helping me bring joy back into my life. This was my start back into the real world after suffering depression and giving up on everything. No one understands how something this small can help.

So I bought these stickers for a MINI keyboard that I originally purchased for my son, but then I became obsessed with playing. The stickers fit perfect on the keys still, even being a mini , except for the sharp and flat part of the sticker (the blue letters at the top of each sticker). Those run into the black keys and the sticker can not be laid flat at the top. So all I did was cut the blue stickers off and put them on separately where I like them, which is on the left of the corresponding key. So I put a picture here so you can see how it fits, but you may not want to use my pattern as it I place mine a little differently because that is how it works for me, which is also cool about these stickers, that they can be cut and applied as you wish. I looked at all kinds of others and while many of them were decent looking , none had everything I wanted like this one does all in one package, and FOR A GREAT PRICE. There were a couple others that had almost what this one does but were literally double the price. I also like how the sharp and flat keys are a separate color to kind of grab your attention. I wanted to try putting them directly on the black keys once I cut them out since they are blue. But I don't see very well in the first place so it was too hard for me to see them against the black. Might work for someone else though. These stick great. They also peel off easy, trust me I make mistakes. It comes with a little guide showing you exactly where/how to place the stickers if you do not already know . It also comes with a little mini applicator so if you have big hands you can use the applicator to place the stickers easier. Not much else to say except I have been using mine and nothing has rubbed off, still bright and clear. They do not bother your fingers on the keys either. If applied nicely you can not even tell there is a sticker there at all. So I would definitely recommend these to a friend learning to play. They have also helped me learned tremendously, oh and they are great for teaching kids too ;)

The media could not be loaded.  These stickers are great! We had a paper guide we used above the keyboard but it wasn’t helping learn the keys,as we’d hoped. The stickers are in order the way they are to be applied to the keys. Easy. Just make sure to pay attention bc some of the stickers pulled off 3 at a time and had I not had the paper guide I might have mixed them up.
