Not sure about the negative reviews…
Why post negative comments about why it sucks without outlining the specifics on why it sucks?I own the original, but as a climber it got pretty roughed up pretty quickly. Found these cruising Amazon and decided WTH since it’s so cheap (in cost). I ordered 3 just for S&G and took about a week to arrive. After inspection and comparison between this and the OG, I can honestly say that the differences are incredibly subtle. Comfort is about the same, the copy doesn’t seem anymore uncomfortable than the OG. The quality of the velcro is also the same. Looks like the cost of the OG goes into the packaging as these just simply come in a little plastic bag, but if you’re already familiar with them then you already know what you’re getting into. For less than half the cost of OG, I’d say go for it. Now I have extras in the bag just in case I lose one or accidentally tear it whilst climbing. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know who’s interested already. *i wear KT tape beneath both the OG and the copy as the edges of both irritate my skin. The KT tape is for abrasion resistance*

Good, not as good as the original
I have both the original branded product but wanted another backup. For the price, this product is an OK backup, but I’ve noticed it’s not as rigid or supportive, and the materials feel quite a bit lower quality.

I invented the wristwidget in 2006 and created a product that treats tfcc tears with a protocol, 100% guarantee and manufactured by me in the usa. These Chinese copies were tested in 2008 and failed all normal standards. Although I am honored by their imitation, this products violates trademark and patent protections. Got defective ones
The velcro doesn't stick. Waste of time - had to wait days for this.
