Take it as instructed and youll not be dealing with heartburn after a few days, continued use will make heartburn a thing of the past. Forget to take it and the heart burn returns with a vengence.

MAKE SURE YOU READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BOX THE THREE PLASTIC BOTTLES COMES. NO REAL INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BOTTLES. I HAD ALREADY THROWN OUT THE BOX. WILL HAVE TO CALL A PHARMACIST.
