Really good sturdy thermometer, easy to use and read

Awesome gadget

Neat and tidy appearance. Easy to use, fairly responsive and OK for giving a workable reading of the food temperature. Only slight concern is the joint of the probe arm to the thermometer body, feels a bit flimsy so exercise some caution when penetrating larger joints.

I have several digital probe thermometers for cooking, and some are better than others. This one is my best one and has become the one in the drawer that I reach for. I've had it a while now, use it most days, and apart from changing batteries very occasionally, it's still functional and nothing has broken.An aluminium bodied version would be awesome, but otherwise - this is the one.I use it on Fahrenheit and it remains on that setting, which is what I wanted it to do. It's good that it remembers and doesn't require me to change the setting every time.An on/off button is good too, rather than it coming on when opened. I like that too.

I'm actually vegetarian, but I'm fed up with partner overcooking (incinerating) meat so I got him this for Christmas. It also cuts down on the amount of time we have the oven on so must be saving us money, hurrah. I must have for any meat eater

The product itself is good . Bright screen, so easy to read.It came with a battery that was faulty. At first I thought it was a faulty product but when inserting a new battery it worked.

This meat thermometer is easy to use and compact so fits easily in the cutlery drawer.
