Decent set
These bands are versatile, easy to use, and great for home workouts. The different tension levels are a nice touch, and the accessories make it even better. Just be careful—if you let go too fast, they will fight back!

Too long
The bands are decent enough quality but are rather long, so you don't get much resistance from them even if you use them all at the same time. Only when used with the door attachment can you get sufficient resistance be cause you can stand further away tensioning the band before starting the exercise

Resistance Band Set
Got these to replace my old worn out broken set. Nice to use and a very comfortable grip. Easy to double up etc to get the resistance required for the individual use. I like them however, the absence of a work out guide (which my previous set had) meant I could only give a 4 star review. Happy with them otherwise.
