AMBOTHER LED RGB Music Interior Lights

this device will not pair with:Pixel XLNexus 5xLenovo Yoga BookApple iPhone5When I say "won't pair", I mean the ambother controller, illuminating the lights, isn't even seen as an available device.ambother will pair with a Lenovo Tab 2 Pro, but I can't use that 13" tablet in my carAnybody else having pairing problems?If I can't get this fixed quick, I'll be asking for refund.----------------------------------------update: 2017 08 18Thanks for sending the replacement unit so quickly.Plugged into my car, all 4 LED strips sequencing through R, G, B.2 each Google Pixel XLGoogle Nexus 5xAlcatel A30 tabletLenovo Yoga Book.These devices can now all see the controller as bluetooth available, and each of them goes into pairing mode for several seconds, and then just stops, silently, no error msg. Many attempts to pair by all my devices, all fail.So now I have two of these products and neither works with any of my devicesNow what?I prefer this product because of the music option as opposed to static colors or sequencing colors.update: 2017 09 06So where do I return these totally useless (both won't pair with my multiple phones) devices for a full refund?ZERO STARS

The app is crap, I can't get a solid connection for the lights and the app. When I do get a connection, the app is a buggy mess, not a very intuitive for the user. I thought this would have some kind of microphone for it to go with the music but the way how the app goes with the music is laughable. So I tried to leave it with a single color and sometimes the 7 faded colors, the chil would remember it for a few days then it reverts back to the Red, green, blue switches which looks meh. I took these rgb stirp out of my car and left it in the garage. I think there is a better option out there with a better price

I LOVE these!!! Perfect and no trouble installing. I do have a recommendation for install on suvs. I have a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0. I actually found it easier to hide the cords and stuff by doing it in reverse. Putting the front strips in the back and the back strips in the front. Worked out perfectly because I have a cigarette lighter in the back. But these things are bright and the app works good!

For $20 I was very satisfied with the lights. I've paid more for less quality the quality of these lights is amazing the adhesive is super strong Wires have plenty of length to run all over the front. But there isn't enough to cleanly run the wires to the back. I have a ext cab f150. I ran two of the through the molex in the door and put them around my speakers to shine through the grilles and the other 2 under the dash. The app that the qr code popped up for me was led BLE the app lags at times but it still work great. Several options of color to choose from. My favorite is flashing purple

I have received this but have not yet installed the item. I usually order my parts during the winter and install in the late spring as adhesives don’t stick in really cold upstate NNY. I did however at least plug them and installed the app and it appears so far to be working good. I will do a follow up later after everything is installed. It was very bright too.

I bought this for my new car that I got and wanted to test it out to see how good it works. It was difficult to follow the instructions that came in the box because the app is very different from the pictures on the instructions. the app makes you go to a sketchy website to download your music to the app and being able to put your music onto the app, and it didn't really allow me to transfer my music onto the app. overall I would not recommend buying this specific LED car lights. Now I have to figure out how to get my money worth and buy a new set of LED car lights that are legit.

No. Just no. The recommended apps build off of a framework that doesn't appear to actually correspond with this system. Connecting to the lights is a challenge in and of itself, and I was met with a request for a PIN code that didn't exist. 2 LED bars randomly shifted 4 LEDs within the housing's to green, and often times wouldn't turn on with the truck. (They were hardwired in.)There are much better kits on Amazon for similar costs.
