1296P Camera Set

Having bought four cameras at a cost of £120, after months of fighting with them they still wouldn't do what was required - unless I paid a monthly subscription, so I bit the bullet and bought this system. More expensive yes, but a doddle to set up and install. Within minutes of the cameras being placed and powered up the recorder was initialised and instantly saw all the cameras. I have since paid £80 for a 4Gb HDD - 4Gb is probably overkill - installed easily, and used a spare HDMI socket on my TV, so now all I need to do is swap to HDMI3 and view all the cameras. I have a cheap - ebay - wireless keyboard with built in trackpad if I want to edit anything, so I don't even use the supplied USB mouse any more. Use of the phone app is a doddle too. Frankly I wish now I'd saved myself the initial £120 and just bought this unit. Now I have a system which records to the NVR without paying anything else, and it's emailing me alerts to any motion - not drowning me in false-positives like the last lot. Completely painless and even though I have a couple of decades in IT you don't need it. Anyone can install this system without any specialist knowledge. [Edit 7 Dec, bought 30 Jul: Two issues: a) it recognises rain as motion so in autumn I'm getting a couple of hundred alerts per day. b) To copy any video off you need a USB hub as there is only one USB port which will take *one* of a mouse, wireless keyboard dongle *or* USB drive - if you plug the drive in you have no way to tell the system to copy, attach a mouse / wireless keyboard and there is no drive to copy anything to. Redesigning the PVR with two USB ports would make this truly useful out of the box]

Good quality for the price and easy setup. I had to return mine due to it not being a wide angled lens

I almost called someone to setup/install this, but I’m so glad I didn’t ! The setup was way easier than I expected( literally plug and play), and the cameras are fantastic. Clear video, and the two-way audio is a great feature. Motion detection and the floodlight works perfectly. The only small downside is that doesn’t come with a HDD, but I’m planing to get a 3TB one( it support up to 6 TB) Also, they include warning sticker , which are a nice extra touch for added security. Supper happy with this Ctv system overall.

Got everything fitted only to find out one of the power adapters was faulty if this can be replaced then that would be great and complete an otherwise great purchase

This Camera System is a very good choice for small home/garden security. It has clear enough video and night vision and the best thing is the two-way audio. I can easily hear and see what is happening outside. With the mic, it's also easy to talk to delivery drivers as well. It was super easy and simple to install. You have to use your own hard drive for recording.

This cheap camera is not worth the headache and it is very very unreliable.

It's excellent product but couldn't get an external HD or stick to work on USB but placed a 2Tb drive inside connected to internal cables in the box worked fine and app is helpful but trying to sell extra usage shame not there own software that would give full access to what box can do and as stated 8 ch but in setup appears to have 10 ch.

A great device to have. I am so happy with our purchase. The cameras are easy to connect and can be seen on phone or screen. the camera quality is really good and great value for money. The length of the cable is also in good size. we have installed one at the back, one in the front and two in the side way l(facing front and back) we are thinking of ordering more cameras as the app can support another 4.

Son rimasto affascinato da questo kit, a partire dal packaging. Una volta aperto all'interno abbiamo tutto quello che serve per installare questo sistema senza dover acquistare materiale extra. Arriva senza hard disk ma personalmente al momento ho installato un vecchio disco da 2.5'' con capienza 500GB e devo dire che va alla grande non essendo un disco performante. Il sistema operativo basato su linux fa la sua figura, funzionalità estese senza troppi ghirigori... molto interessante l'implementazione AI che permette di andare direttamente ai punti salienti della registrazione non appena le telecamere beccano un umano, funziona molto bene. Il sistema ed i suoi comandi sono intuitivi ed è possibile tramite un semplice mouse (in dotazione) di accedere a tutte le funzionalità in maniera rapida. Non ho notato riscaldamenti hardware. Lo uso da circa 10 gg e devo dire che sono pienamente soddisfatto. Le telecamere collegate in wireless hanno una ottima connettività, non ho mai notato finora dei blocchi legati al wifi. In dotazione c'è anche una comoda antenna wifi che permette di estenderne il campo, ma al momento ho ottenuto un ottimo risultato senza doverla installare. Per quanto riguarda l'app c'è tutto quello che serve ed è molto semplice da usare. Basta collegare il QR Code sul NVR ed il gioco è fatto. Le telecamere si collegano in automatico al NVR. Un gioco da ragazzi, nel vero senso della parola.

Estoy realmente impresionado con este kit de cámaras de vigilancia wifi exterior por su calidad y características. Lo instalé fuera de mi casa, en el jardin llovió, un fuerte aguacero y siguió funcionando sin problemas. Se pueden usar en exterior o interior, hay que enchufarla a la corriente, viene con un cable de 3 metros. Cada cámara trae una antena que hace de repetidor. Construída con materiales de alta calidad y resistente. Las cámaras incluye todo lo necesario para ser instalada, trae los tacos y tornillos, manual de instrucciones. Además, la configuración y el uso son muy fáciles. La calidad de imagen es una de las mejores características de esta cámara. Tanto de día como de noche, la calidad de la imagen es impresionante. La visión nocturna en colores y en blanco y negro también es muy clara, lo que me permite ver cualquier detalle que pueda ser importante para mi seguridad. Yo la ponga en modo inteligente, las opciones para grabar, apagar, alarma y luces están muy bien, te da para muchas opciones La detección humana inteligente es una gran característica de esta cámara, ya que me notifica en tiempo real en mi teléfono si se detecta cualquier actividad persona sospechosa. La alarma es muy precisa, es decir no salta con el movimiento del viento en los árboles. El sistema también ofrece grabación de video continua las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, lo que me permite ver lo que sucede en mi hogar o negocio en todo momento. También puedo optar por grabar solo eventos detectados por la cámara. Otra característica que realmente me impresionó es el precio asequible de este sistema de vigilancia muy bien calidad precio En general, estoy muy contento con mi compra.

Je voulais protéger ma maison mais les services d'une société bien connue sont d'un budget un peu excessif pour moi. Il me restait l'option d'installer moi-même une surveillance et un système de détection d'intrusion. Grâce à ce kit de caméras de vidéosurveillance, la première étape est presque faite. Je dois encore tirer des câbles d'alimentation pour les autres caméras. Le système est assez simple à installer. Pas de disque dur fourni mais j'ai pu installer facilement un disque SATA 3,5" de 1T pour garder en mémoire les captures. J'avais déjà une caméra de la même marque, ça a été très simple de la relier à la centrale. Les images sont de bonnes qualité et l'appli est fluide. La centrale enregistre en continu.

Du bekommst - ein Aufnahmegerät, komplett fertig, aber ohne Festplatte - 4 Kameras inkl. anschraubbarer Antenne, in kleineren extra Kartons - 1 Computer Maus mit USB - Netzwerkkabel - Antenne für das Aufnahmegerät - 2 Aufkleber, - eine Anleitung, - 5 Stromadapter - und genügend Schrauben/Dübel, um alles anzubringen Der Zusammenbau ist total einfach. Als erstes muss du das Gerät mit deinem Internet verbinden, dazu nimmst du das beiliegende Kabel. Der Anschluss funktioniert nur mit Kabel, nicht ohne. Als nächstes kommen die Kameras dran, die sind alle kabellos und funktionieren mit WLAN. Die Kameras bringst du an die Wände und Decken an, also festschrauben. Nun kannst du mit der App alles steuern, umbenennen, zuordnen und was auch immer. In der App registrierst du auch alle Geräte, das ist einfach und total sicher. Falls du mal mehr Kameras oder ein anderes Gerät nutzen willst, dann ist das schnell zu ändern. Du kannst nun alles automatisch aufnehmen lassen oder mit dem Bewegungsmelder oder mit der App individuell machen. Das hast du schnell raus, nicht kompliziert. Du kannst das Set jederzeit mit anderen Kameras nutzen, weiter hinzunehmen, aber auch ein anders Gerät nutzen bzw. das hier erweitern mit eiern Festplatte z.B.. Der Austausch bzw. Einbau ist total simpel. Du musst das Gerät aufschrauben und eine Festplatte wie aus dem Computer einbauen. Es gibt da vorgaben und schon einen fertigen Steckplatz. Da kommt eine ganz normale Festplatte rein, also kein teures Sonderteil, kein Angst. Zusammengefasst kann ich sagen das alles gut und schnell aufgebaut ist, klar das registrieren und das an die Wände schrauben dauert etwas Zeit, aber wenn es steht, dann läufts. Der Verbindung zu den Kameras war bis jetzt immer gut und alles wird angezeigt. Die Nachtaufnahmen sind nicht vergleichbar mit denen aus nem Film, aber brauchbar. Ich bin mit ganz zufrieden.
