Easy to use
Bought as a bit of a play thing to get used to 360 and it works like a dream! Quality is down to your device but thisal makes life a lot easier

Box never contained 12 months subscription
12 month subscription was missing. Called Matterport very very very poor customer service. Had to sent it back in the end after 1 1/2 hours of phone calls and 10 emails later They could just sent another code but have gone silent?????

12 months subscription missing
As other's have mentioned there was no 12 month subscription code in the box. Amazon say to contact Matterport and Matterport offer no help. It's not been a good first impression for matterport support.

Don’t purchase the 12 month starter pack edition
The seller does not include the 12 month starter license so do not choose this option. When you contact Matterport (I.e. the company selling the device) they tell you that they cannot help you.
