The knives are very sharp and well balanced. I had no problem cutting up a partially frozen whole chicken. The edge held up well with no issues. The handle grips well. The damascus wave is a lot lighter on the actual blades. Its quite enhanced on the advertisement. I look forward to many years of use. I would recommend these if you are looking for well made kitchen knives.
