Bag was good.Utility pocket was torn in 3 months use.Very thin pocket material.Zipper worn out after 19 months of constant use.Washed t bag 5-6 times. Didn't get saggy.Good product.However, shoes couldn't be pit as comfortably as the bottom section is narrower.

I ordered this product the one and only issue is zip its working and closing but not perfect so I replaced the item then I got a new bag with good zippers and excellant quality.I suggesting everyone to go for this bag but check the zippers thoroughly while purchasing.

Overall great product, but if I were to suggest an improvement, it would be to add padding on the inner side of atleast 1 zipper to provide extra safety to the racket. But otherwise a good product. Looks exactly like the picture.
