I believe these bearings are of sufficient quality for the application that I needed them for.Unless you know what you are doing, I would not recommend you trying to install them on the garage door tensioner tube!VERY VERY DANGEROUS

Not high quality but just as good as the ones your repair guy will install for $89 a piece >>> real price I was quoted and that was in addition to the spring which of course means these parts had to be taken out regardless. You'll save money having them on hand if you get someone to replace your torsion spring.

The bearings are perfect to replace the cheap plastic bearing supports that usually come with the original install. The bearings are stamped (not precision ground or sealed) You don't need that anyway unless you expect your door to do 100K+ cycles. They fit both 2 and 1.75" springs. (the cones are the same)The bearings are perfect for residential/light commercial garage doors and the price point is spot-on.Be warned, the ID of the bearing is obviously steel and the tolerance is snug as it should be. If your torsion tube is out-of-rounds due to years of service or over-tightening of the set screws, you will have a hard time sliding them onto the tube. Mine was just that, so I had to file and pound them on. It sucked....if your tube is bent up, just replace it as well. There cheap, don't give yourself an unnecessary headache!

these are good for replacing the plastic bushing in center of the two car garage door, but do not work too well for end bearings. the casing is soft metal and if you're going to be pressing or hammering these into the brackets you will crush casing and make bearing useless. i'm glad I ordered 4 even though it clearly says they're not meant to be used for this purpose. I ended up using some large sockets and Dremel to open up the hole a little after beating out the old bearing. I destroyed three of these before finally getting one of them driven in without damaging the case. in my case, the bracket I need is not available anywhere, it needs to be about 2 1/2" shaft offset, the smallest I saw is 3"+. I think if you need end bearings just buy the bracket even if offset is larger, but then you may also need to replace your drums to larger diameter drums and the center bracket to match the new ends

I have a Overhead door brand , 15 years old , original parts on door . The size was exactly the same size, the quality seems to be the same . I put Xike brand of rollers on my door about 6 months ago , and the bearing roller worked perfectly. So I expect the same results from these bearings. I caution folks on doing the bearing replacement themselves. You need knowledge of how a garage door works, and have mechanical skills. Any type of spring shaft repairs can be dangerous. Also the price was fair for the bearings.
