7-Day Sanctuary Candle

Product is excellent does just what it said it will do every time. The problem is the way Amazon repackages the 35 pound box of candles. It is heavy. The candle company puts the candles in a double box that has eight, heavy styrofoam corners. So far so good.Amazon takes this nice box that says “Fragile” on it and puts it in a larger box at their warehouse that says nothing about fragile.The larger box receives a little, puffy plastic pillow that does nothing to protect the product. Thirty some odd pounds cannot be protected by the little pillow. Now the laws of physics come into play. The nice candle box is like a ping pong ball in the Amazon box and no one takes special care of the very heavy “non fragile” box....so it gets tossed around and some of the candles you receive, which cost $7.51 each with tax get broken.My first of three boxes had zero broken candles. The second box, one, and the third box two. That is $22.53 in broken candlesA pair of socks is easy to return. A thirty plus pound box of candles not so easy. The usually very good UPS folks have trouble with thisproduct mainly because of the packing at the Amazon warehouse. It gets tossed, dropped, etc.It is just inconvenient each time to return the candles hoping the next box will be all in one piece.As I said earlier the candles do exactly what the manufacturer says, they work very well.

I had ordered these candles before. They certainly last for 7 days each and fit into my vigil holder perfectly. I was so happy that I found them.My first order was perfect but my last order came with 4 candles broken inside. I am so disappointed.

The candles are fine and do as said 7days. However what I didn't like is one of the candle holders was shattered in the box. Now I have a candle and no holder. The packing needs to be better. I paid for 12 and got 11.

In considering single use - - non-recyclable items, is glass or plastic better? I returned this order as the glass container sanctuary lights were twice the price of plastic containers. I am sure they work well but they are heavy and expensive.

Candles are great but 3 of the 12 were broken. I have ordered these before and 1 was broken the first time.

Used in a Sanctuary globe. Burns 24hrs for 7 days.

Great candles they last 7 days. Well worth it.

I have been using these candles for the last two years. They burn for seven days and grace the room with a soft glow. Leave no residual in the air or on the walls.
