Please give me some advice on this indestructible dog toy？

My dog loves this toy. But she was able to chew pieces off and choke. I would advise supervision needed if you buy choose to buy it.

If you mean animal products used in the production of this toy, I have no idea. The label might answer that. What I do know is I have 2 profoundly aggressive chewers, and they take turns carrying that thing around, and chewing on it. It's got to be one of the most durable chew toys I've ever seen. Big thumbs up here!!

When chewing this big dog toys, will it affect the dog's teeth?

I don't think it will. The head and tail of this crocodile toy look very hard like glass, my rescue dogs (lab/boxer mix) like to chew, the head and tail will become rough, very resistant to bite, no harm to dog teeth.
