My first experience where the seller maintained a constant contact right from the time I placed the order. And they were always available on WhatsApp for any query.While every part that I received was in perfect condition and beautiful, one part of one of the chairs was damaged. When I reached out to the seller, they arranged for a carpenter to see if it was repairable or what part of it would need change. They called and explained that the part would need change and immediately dispatched the same.Today I received the part and the table is looking perfect.Very rarely one comes across such a great 'after sale service'. I wouldn't think twice if I ever have to place another order with Shreya Decor!!!!

I bought a dining table and 4 chairs. The seller has contacted me twice to ensure a smooth delivery process. It's arrived a few days before it was indicated by Amazon, in properly sealed, undamaged boxes. The delivery guys were nice and helpful.There are few small damages. A tiny scratch on the table surface and each chair has a stain on its fabric. (see photos).That's why one star removed. Otherwise, it's a nice, sturdy furniture set. The dining table with 3 chairs and 1 bench was delivered before the scheduled date. I was impressed with the packing as it was top quality. There was no damage or scratch anywhere. It's easy to assemble by oneself and you don't need a carpenter. The tools are provided, and you just need to match the numbering provided on the legs with the numbering on the table/chair.The walnut finish is what I liked the most. The seller is helpful and you can ask him for a lighter or darker shade of walnut. The table and chairs are of sheesham, heavy and sturdy. Overall, I will recommend anyone to buy it.

Delivered on time. Very easy to assemble. Totally liked the sturdiness, finish and the colour. They even customised the colour of cushion as per my choice. Would definitely recommend this 4 seater dining table

Awesome product. There is always a fear on ordering such products over online. But the delivery, installation and quality happens to be at the best. Wide table, 4 chairs, 1 bench best combo suited me. VERY HAPPY with the product.The only thing I wished the table height would have been a inch and half shorter in height.But the product quality and finish is best.
