Polk Audio Universal Soundbar Remote Control Replacement for Signa S1, S2, S3, S4 Ultra-Slim Sound Bar

Dog likes the remotes for some reason. This was a great purchase and didn't have any setup to do. Put batteries in it and it worked like a charm.

Quick turnaround, realistically priced

Expected to have to charge and then do some kind of pairing a fooling around. It came charged and paired and worked perfect right away!!!

I purchased a replacement remote for my Samsung Frame TV, after the Samsung remote also bit the bullet and would not work in bluetooth mode (which we need because we have an aftermarket frame on the TV). This remote connected just as the OEM remote did. The TV immediately showed a message saying the remote needed to be charged. Turns out this message popped up every time I used the remote, regardless of whether it has been charging all night via USB-C or even still connected to the charger. I returned that remote and ordered another. Same problem, only after about 2 weeks the remote stopped working all together. The Samsung remote is bad, and these knockoffs don't appear to be any better.

Didn't have to program anything just put in the batteries and ready to use...

This remote is good quality and was easy to to set up. It worked right out of the box. Unfortunately the voice adjust feature doesn’t work on my particular Polk sound bar.

Our Samsung remote died and wouldn’t resync so we bought this one and it connected and worked in about 10 seconds. Super simple.

Lost the control to my Samsung Frame TV. For the price I thought I was going to get the original Samsung control but it was not, unfortunately I didn’t read the whole description. Very good replica looks just like the original.Thankfully it works fine! Set up took less than 30 seconds. I’ve noticed range is not the same at times but no big deal much rather go with this control over no control. Happy it was delivered same day too. 5 stars 👍

I bought this to replace my polk s2 remote which never worked great when it was new(they really need better remotes they are crap which is a shame because the sound bar is fantastic)and stopped working recently. Had to wait nearly a month for it too arrive, and it was in good shape well wrapped etc however as soon as I picked it up I was worried as I was even lighter than the original, which I didn't think was possible.My worry was confirmed when I tried to pair it, absolutely nothing. I tried everything, my wife tried, my son tried nothing.I get the impression that the remote is just an empty plastic box so I think a hammer is in order to open it and see. I fell pretty disappointed with this purchase and will not be buying anything for a US amazon marketplace ever again. Lesson learned:(

Bought as a replacement after losing the original remote. Popped the batteries in and it worked straight away. No tuning it etc.. very happy with this little gem! Highly recommend! (We have the Polk soundbar system)
