Portmeirion Home & Gifts Wrendale by Royal Worcester Awakening Hedgehog Single Mug (Assorted models)

Bought this cup to keep at my house for my granddaughter's use when she's over. She has a pet hedgehog so really likes using this cup. So much detail in this. The little one on the inside is an added plus. The cup fits in the hand nicely and isn't easy to tip over. Nice quality.

Neither of us is into cutesy mugs, but I have to say these Royal Worcester Wrendale ones are absolutely adorable and make us grin every time we use them. Our adult kids love them, too, and always reach for them when they are here, so we recently bought four more so there are now enough to go around. My husband, a foxhunter, prefers the fox, but I’d be hard pressed to choose between this one (the “awakening” hedgehog) and the squirrel—which, with wild eyes and hair sticking out straight in all directions, depicts just how I feel before my first cup of coffee. Highly recommend.

This is really very cute, BUT it is not made in England like I thought. This was made in India. Bit disappointing.

These make a great Christmas present, one for each member of family.
