Aquaphor Healing Balm Stick, Skin Protectant with Avocado Oil and Shea Butter, 0.65 Oz Stick

After reading about this product, I purchased it and it’s so good on my lips and face. It’s a good product that leaves my skin softer, smoother, and plump. It’s not harsh on the skin which is a plus for my sensitive skin and it’s not too greasy. I even used it on my hands. It goes on as a stick and it’s easy to apply when on the go or at home. Love this item, does everything it's supposed to. This is a stick made of 30% petrolatum, which is an occlusive (it helps the skin seal in moisture). I usually use this as part of a two-part lotion routine where I use first use a urea-based product (humectant and emollient to attract and retain moisture, as well as to soften and smooth the skin), and then use this product to keep everything sealed in. This has done wonders for my skin - it has been more effective than using either product alone. I feel like my skin is plumper and more glowy. I don't use hyaluronic acid products, but the use of two moisturizers make it look like I've just used an HLA product (and its safer too).Lately, I've been using the stick as a lip balm . . . I've seen other reviews that decry the product as being too expensive for the amount that is given, however, using this product as a lip balm actually makes me view this item as being a huge value. I used to purchase a lip balm specifically made for the lips, and paid $18. With daily use, the balm only lasted about a month. While the stick is quite large to use for the lips - I'm able to use it several times daily, and it will last months at a time. If one were looking to cover the entirety of their body with this stick, I can see how someone would consider the amount of this product wanting. When using as a lotion, I only use this as a sealant after using another product for moisturizing, and in doing so, have been able to make it last. When using this as a lip balm, I have to purchase a new one every two and a half months. When using as an all-over lotion, I purchase a new one every three to three-and-a-half months.

I have a jar of Aquaphor ointment I use on my heels and elbows. I like it, but it's messy. This great tube solves that problem! It makes application quick, easy, and mess-free. It's effective and not too thick. It moisturizes my skin and protects it. I like that it's not sticky. I recommend this!

This balm stick is very moisturizing. This has many uses for dry skin areas. I'm currently using it for my dry feet and it worked great! Now, I am wondering why I did not buy this sooner. It is very convenient; small, easy to store, and use. I will buy it again.

This product is great for relieving dry skin and is very effective over similar products, however, I am not a fan of the stick. and prefer the tube. The tube is more convenient and easier to apply. i would not purchase Aquaphor in stick form again.

As a marathon runner and icu nurse that works 13 hour shifts. I really like this product and feel it works very well to prevent chafing. I also really like the convenience of the stick and it’s consistency (not to sticky, not to hard, not to soft), this makes it easy to apply and makes it last a long time. I have used many different kind of chafe sticks/ balms and this is my new favorite one. Worth the price tag

I am kinda late to jump on the Aquaphor bandwagon but since I decided to purchase it, I love it so much that I’ve repurchased it and will be doing so again soon. It has many uses but I have severely dry skin and use it on my face. It’s the perfect consistency because although it feels thick at first it smooths out into your skin like butter and it doesn’t really stay greasy. I love the convenience of it being in a roll up stick! With my busy schedule, I throw it in my purse and whenever I need it, it’s within reach and if I apply it at night before bed, I wake up with baby soft skin. This stuff is Amazing and I love how there is no strong smells because I’m very sensitive to smells, there’s not really a scent at all actually. I can’t say enough great things about it, I use it whenever and wherever I need it. I also have very sensitive skin and it’s perfect for that too. If you are suffering with dry skin, try it out, works very well and the ingredients seem clean.
