I had foot surgery and was in a splint for 2 weeks, followed by a cast for 5 more weeks. I wore this every time I showered, and no water ever got past it. It does fit so snugly that it can be uncomfortable at the opening, but worth it for a few minutes.

I needed a way to shower with my Aircast on after breaking my ankle.This VALLEYWIND Waterproof Extra Wide actually works! It’s good flexible quality and I doubted that the seal would work more than once…but it does. Just make sure the part that touches your leg is pulled up so that it’s higher than the cover and the water just flows off. When I get out I towel dry the seal/top then remove and store upside down so any possible moisture can come out -I really haven’t had any collect inside, but just in case. If his thing is a life saver! I recommend it. My size just perfectly fit-but if your in between sizes I would maybe get the larger size(?)

I bought this because I didn’t want to mess with garbage bags to keep my foot dry after my surgery. Keeps foot 100% dry. The silicone rubber fits extremely tight on calf, but I also have bigger calves.I’m a part time hairdresser- and bought a 2nd one to cover my orthopedic shoe boot to prevent hair /products from getting on it. I cut the ring off, used a hole punch in order to lace yarn to tie around my ankle. It’s worked like a dream!

This waterproof boot cover is great if you are in a walking boot and very easy to put on. The collar ensures no water leaks into the sleeve. It is very big on the bottom where the boot sits so there is a lot of material. That’s the only reason it is 4 stars and not 5. I would buy this again.

This may seem hard to believe but this is the 5th time we have had to deal with showering with a cast. After breaking both ankles and doing the garbage bag and tape and then each ankle fusion and garbage bags and tape I thought there had to be a better way when we had to deal with a broken leg guid time! There is a better way! I read the reviews and figured that this was worth trying. Works great. We do stuff a rag around the top of the cast/now boot to catch any leaks that may occur but we have only had or time of leaking. That was the first time and just didn’t get it positioned correctly. No issues after that. I wish we would have known about this a long time ago. Well worth it.

Had surgery and could t get my foot wet, this worked great. Kept my leg dry from knee down.The plastic piece does fit a bit tight though.

..and works well. I have a lower keg wound which is medicated and wrapped. I thought I'd have to sponge bathe until it healed. But no! Today I had a full body, hair included shower. I highly recommend this product. My only mistake - I ordered the XL and it's too long for my leg and can't use the foot area. You're right, I didn't measure. BUT it is roomy, not clingy and the seal is complete, comfortable, and no leaks.

Must've misunderstood measurements on picture because product is way too small for me. I'm wearing a crows boot and can't go through opening. I had to order the XXL hopefully it's big enough.
