The video is a tad deceiving.
We gave as a birthday present for a 6 year old boy who likes bugs. My son does too and would like one of these also, go figure. He said it was smaller than he thought it would be from the video. I agreed. Still pretty cool.We got a video of the Roly Poly in action. It's slow and the remote needs to be pretty close but it is cute as all get out.Not sure that it will last long. The plastic is thin.One thing to note and why I'm docking it a star is that it arrived on my door step within 24 hours (amazing) in original packaging with THREE shipping stickers that were impossible to remove without tearing the box and leaving sticky all over. Also the box was all bent. Kind of lame. Especially since we were gifting it. Maybe eco friendly glue with the reduced packaging could be a thing?

Cheap but entertaining
So I bought this on a whim. I had seen others and when I bought it I used it to mess with my cats. It only turns in one direction. Its a very basic toy, nothing spectacular. It's very light and does feel very cheaply made. But it messes with my cats so thats fine. Heh.

Breaks VERY easily.
I accidentally dropped it a few inches, and it stopped working completely.

Entertaining - doesn’t always respond to the remote
The media could not be loaded. The kid and the cat find this pill bug quite entertaining. It doesn’t respond to the remote occasionally and kind of freezes up while they’re playing with it. But overall, it works well.
