I’ve just begun the matcha craze and I realised this company made matcha nespresso pods and I was so excited to try this.But I am completely and utterly disappointed with the matcha pods, they simply don’t work, if you place one in the Krups Nespresso machine and push the espresso button, it doesn’t utilise the entire contents and you’ll then see watered down green water is filled in the cup, completely awful and I wasted around 6 capsules to get the desired flavour and I still was upset, I decided to investigate further and opened up the pods and unused matcha powder still remained, I was quite upset as the price you pay for 100 pods and the full matcha doesn’t even get used, why don’t you try opening the film on the pod to see what I mean, I requested a refund from the company and they did not respond, talk about poor customer service, I am happy that Amazon decided to give me the refund back, when I want a Matcha latte, I’ll now have to remove the powder from each pod and whisk myself which defeats the object, don’t you think? by the way, this is not ceremonial grade matcha, it’s the next step down.Good luck but these don’t work, they have an awful taste with a muddy green colour, hugely disappointed with both the pods and the customer service.

The product doesn't work with Nespresso machine, I have contacted the seller multiple times for a refund/return as I only tried one pod out of 20 and they refused to refund me and when they finally accepted it to partially refund me for the unopened box,they wanted me to pay for the return

This is an absolute waste of well earned money ! I promess the taste is simply disgusting ! Never had anything like that ! On top of that the capsule seals stay stuck on the fitting ring ! I deeply regret this purchase ! Do not buy this matcha low standard capsules

The capsules are tiny, and are not nespresso sized capsules so do not fit in Krups nespresso machine. Have I been sent the wrong thing?
