Lowered blood pressure!

I like it. Convenient to use. I was using the powder form before this. I can not honestly say I feel the same benefits as the powder but it does come very close. The powder still had clumps after mixing and it stained if spilled, this is one capsule and done. I like it.

Powder in a capsule

I wanted to try beet root to see if it would help me at all. I started with some powder, but then realized that I really don't like the flavor of beets (never had them). I switched to these pills. As long as you don't let them sit in your mouth, and swallow them down right away, they don't have a taste to them. However if they sit and start getting wet, you can taste the beet. No aftertaste that I can distinguish. They are easy to swallow. I haven't been able to discern any particular help with anything yet, but I will keep trying them. I still have some left to take, so maybe.
