I have several freezers that contain the wild game meat that I harvest each year and I wanted to be able to monitor their operation in real time so I purchased this system to try. Extremely happy with my purchase. Very easy to install and works amazingly well. The APP that you download onto your phone provides a seamless, instantaneous link with the individual sensors and it provides you with all the information you need at the touch of a screen. The sensors continuously monitor the internal temp of the freezer and instantly detect any variance in the temps and immediately report to you via email and text message that the temperature has changed. You set the upper and lower limit for temperature based on your needs so you can custom tune the system to meet your needs. You can add more sensors if you wish, which I did, and doing this was very easy. This system even lets you add water sensors which I did in several locations in my basement (near water heater, oil burner, laundry room) and just like the temperature sensors the water sensors were very easy to add to the system and they work great. This system gives me great "peace of mind" when it comes to my freezers and the safety of my wild game meat as well as being able to constantly monitor any water leaks that might arise in my basement. This is really a great system. Get one, you won't be sorry.

The MOCREO WiFi Thermometer is exactly what I needed for monitoring my Florida garage freezer and refrigerator. Setup was quick, and the app is easy to navigate. I really appreciate the instant alerts by email and app notification—no subscription required. The sensors are accurate, and the ability to export data makes tracking long-term temperature trends simple and useful. Having two units in the pack is perfect. I have one for the refrigerator and one for the freezer. With reliable performance, no ongoing fees, and peace of mind that my food and equipment are safe, this thermometer system is a great investment. Highly recommended.

First of all it does a great job and easy to set up and use. Accuracy is excellent. I have a regular freezer thermometer in the same freezer and it matches the average temperature reported by the Mocreo. My last freezer died and things started defrosting before I went to garage and heard the soft beeping of tge old freezers alarm. The replacement freezer is frost free freezer. I set the alarm on the Mocreo at 15F and it went off at 11pm the first night. The temperature was rapidly rising to a peak of 38F. That sent us into a panic. Just as quickly it started dropping back to its original temp of 1.3F. Total time of cycle was about 15 minutes. Turns out to keep the coils defrosted frost free freezers like mine cycle at least 3 times per day by heating the coils to remove any ice build up. This is built in to the freezer and you can't stop it or in most cases alter the cycles. Mine will occasionally go into this cycle if it detects frost build up on the coils. The temperature rise on these is far less and shorter duration than the normal cycle. When you look at the apps temperature graph the spikes caused by the defrost cycle are easily identifiable. To prevent alarms 3 or more times per day I had to raise the high alarm temp to 42 degrees. I wish they had a software toggle in the app for freezers like mine to address the frost free cycles. My refrigerators freezer is also frost free but its spikes are far smaller but more frequent (goes to 10F many times per day with same characteristic spike). That freezer is full the 21 cu ft freezer in tge garage is about 1/2 full right now. Another minor hint. The reset hole on the transmitter is very small make sure you position it so you can easily get at it if you need too. Once stuck on the freezer with the adhesive button its very difficult to remove it to push the reset. Overall an excellent product I recommend it as long as you understand the auto defrost issues. I just had a problem with one sensor which was no longer connecting to the hub.and reached out to them via their app. They responded very quickly and we solved the issue very quickly. I was very impressed with their customer support and response. Their responsiveness, positivity replacement of the malfunctioning sensor is another reason to highly recommend this product and brand.

Update: the seller reached out and offered a refund, which I declined since I’m still using it, and they then offered to send a replacement, which I accepted. Good follow-up! I think the problem may have been the power supply, since the old hub did not buzz on the new power supply. I e-cycled the original power supply. Upgrading the 4 stars. Original review: I installed this with little trouble and have 4 sensors and am adding two more, all in a vacation home. It’s really quiet there, it in the woods. First night I kept hearing this rhythmic medium pitch buzzing and tracked it down to this hub. The light on it changes a little while buzzing. See the video, crank up the volume. My phone didn’t pick it up very well. This is no good. Does it mean the unit is defective in some way and will eventually fail? Bottom line, good idea and useful device, but the buzzing is a buzz kill. Luckily I’m not there more than I am in the winter so have time to sort this out.

Al inicio tenía miedo y me dolía el codo pagarlo. Pero 100% vale la pena, lo volvería a comprar sin duda. Un poco enredado configurarlo pero siguiendo el manual me habré tardado menos de 1 hora. Amo que detecta los cambios por más pequeños que sean. Me notifica inmediatamente por la app y por Mail, además de comenzar a sonar una alarma en el consultorio (lo uso para mantener red de frío en vacunas). También me encanta que hace una bitácora de la temperatura, yo configure para que me la mande cada mes. Me ahorra mucho tiempo pues cofepris me pide esa misma bitácora

Great device does exactly what I want.

Took 3 weeks to arrive, and it was faulty - doesn’t work, stuck in a never ending red flashing light loop. Messaged for support multiple times and got no response. Product feels extremely cheap and plasticky, Seriously don’t even bother wasting your money.

Amazing truly, used it for chilled water surface measurements to see the delta T and it was so good.
