Good product.received same which is shown in website..attractive was color..Easy to handle..with in 5 to 6 min you boil water or make tea/coffee..but for boiling vegetables and ege it will take approx 8-9 mins. Overall it's good.waiting to cook other items like rice,maggy etc

Product came without chord and can’t return now as exchange window is closed. If seller reaches back to exchange item will give it a new rating after use otherwise it’s a useless 1500/- steamer without a chord.Havells’s technician visited under warranty but they said this can only be returned and chord can not be provided.Not sure of resolutions but pitfalls of online shopping for gifting and not opening product immediately.
