French Fingerling Seed Potatoes: Solanum tuberosum - 3 Count

Just as the other seed potatoes I received from this company, they were rotten. When I received the package I was unable to plant for two days. When I did plant the potatoes they were rotten. I was able to cut one or two of the ends off of a couple of them and planted. I'm not sure they will survive. The rest of the potatoes were mushy and stinky, I threw them away. I was not happy with this purchase.
