Arrived promptly and packed in an efficient way that arrived undamaged. It came with 2×12 L of natural water, which has a clear none taste, so water quality good, as water should be. The bottles are easy to turn upside down and they have initially a seal inside the top of the bottle, that is broken as it mates with the stand. So no spilling. This is the third one I've ordered since my son has one in his bedroom, which is also in part a games room and I have one in the house and one in my garage that is converted into a home gym. The 12 L size is a nice size & weight to handle at my age of 78 and so would definitely recommend the company and the quality of the water, together with their quick turn around in reordering and delivery. Happy days

Good product, so far so good

I love ice cold water and this does a good job of keeping a good supply of cold water on hand. If only it was a few degrees colder I would absolutely love it. The hot water is great too, it's a good temperature for making tea and coffee. I got two bottles of the Kingshill water with it and that water is perfectly good.

Works fine, even outdoors

Just arrived, will see how it works but forst impression is this a very overpriced cheap piece of plastic junk we would rather not have in our kitchen! This is more suitable for a industrial gym or warehouse. Yuck.

it works just fine, hot and cold, i don't know why it wants a rating for Flavour, you put a bottle of water on it not juice
