TYC 20-6424-00 Ford Thunderbird Driver Side Headlight Assembly

The headlight assembly fit perfectly in my 2004 Ford Thunderbird and was easy to install. The lens is clear and the plastic seems to be of good quality. They are holding up well to day to day use, seem to be of a similar quality as the OEM they replaced.

I got a pair of these to replace the yellow, sand-blasted ones on my 2003 T-bird. The quality seems good and it sure is nice to really be able to see while driving again - especially when it is at night and raining. I put in a pair of Sylvania Ultra White 9007 bulbs (also bought on Amazon) and it is like having a whole new view of the world while driving at night. I think the price is quite reasonable too. I should have done this sooner.

These TYCs look nice from a distance, but have some gaps to car bodywork around them much larger than originals. The bolt mounting is completely changed from the original, it was hard to get them seated. I had to unscrew the mounting bolt out of the HL assy and screw it back through the mounting hole on the car to align the assy in the mount.

Product fit perfectly. I ordered the passenger side and received it in 2 days as promised. After installing the new one, which took about 10 minutes, I noticed that the driver side looked very yellow, so I've ordered a replacement for that one as well. The lens seems to be of excellent quality and includes a new bulb. Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Starting to flake off already:(. The top of the lens is starting to break down already.

Awesome quality out of the box, on my 03 it was very simple to install with one nut and two clips that come straight up. I had the first one delivered with a bad adjustment knob, and quickly had it replaced via another mail delivery. Great service, and the second one perfect.

These are cosmetically correct, but substandard construction. There are of poor quality and fail the factory adjustment capability.I ordered a pair for my 2002 T-Bird. One came broken in the package (definitely not due to the packaging) ordered a replacement and installed them both. Now I cannot adjust the right sis to shine more that a few feet in front of the car and the left side’s light pattern is reduced rediculous. I’m taking them out a putting the OE ones back in.Beware! Now amazon won’t talks back one of them because they say it’s amresxy been replaced.Argh!!T
