I bought this book for my godson. What are great way to help him understand his Polish and Catholic heritage!

Lovely book. A Catholic child who is interested in learning more about John Paul II will really enjoy this. Easy read but NOT simple or dull. Great for a range of ages!

I truly enjoyed this book so much. I've learned so much about our wonderful Blessed Pope John Paul II, or as he is called by his friends, "Lolek." I tried reading his other book "The Story of my Life" but the words are just too difficult for me to understand; the vocabulary is too high for me. The Pope sure was very intelligent. :)If you are like me who has difficulty understanding advance vocabulary, this book is for you. It's simple to understand and direct. Very interesting to have learned about our beloved's Pope's life. :D

This is an excellent encounter with not only the saints mentioned in this treasure of a book but an amazing encounter of Saint John Paul II's love for God, the Truths of the Faith as well as a wonderful Spiritual journey. I highly recommend this book.The book came in a timely manner and in perfect condition.

I purchased this book for my 11 year old son. It was a very easy read and he couldn't put it down. He had so much to tell me about Blessed John Paul II. It was very inspiring. I plan to read it when I finish the book I am currently reading.

Wonderful account of Saint John Paul II. Written well for younger readers.

santa brought this for my daughter for christmas. she loved it! she's 9 yrs. old. she found it very interesting to learn aboout the pope's younger life and information about his family and friends. made him more "relatable" to her.
