I am an Amazon Prime Member who is Very Upset/ Disappointed This Item is sold to customers in the UK but cannot be used as it has a flat 2 blade plug on this electrical item Rendering it ABSOLUTELY USELESS ! Amazon should NOT be selling this item for use in the UK. I have had to return the item as per your instructions ref: labelling etc VERY TIME CONSUMING. The Cost of Postage was over £27 ! In Addition I had to pay for Fuel to get to the Post Office in Bury St Edmunds I ask for your IMMEDIATE RESPONSE MRS ROSALIND DE VICK

I bought this item to use in Uk. I don’t understand why this is sold in Uk as this is US plug . I had to buy US-UK adapter but then when plugged in smoke came out. So it’s now no use.

Rubbish. Supplied with an american plug and rated to 110V so as soon as it was used the motor started burning.

Same as many others. Bought this in uk, will not work in uk. Adapter will not help as UK voltage is not compatible with the item, and could be dangerous DO NOT BUY ONE, you will waste your money.

Wie schon in einem anderen Review aus Großbritannien zu lesen: Das Produkt wird offenbar in ganz Europa ausgeliefert, obwohl der Stromstecker dort nicht kompatibel ist, insbesondere nicht in Deutschland. Dieser prinzipielle "Lieferfehler" sollte doch eigentlich zu beheben sein. Besonders negativ ist dabei zu vermelden, dass man keine Chance hatte, dies aus der Produktbeschreibung vorauszusehen. Hier sollte entweder der Hersteller oder Amazon selbst entsprechend reagieren.

In der Artikelbeschreibung ist kein Stecker aufgeführt. Wenn ich aus Deutschland bestelle, erwarte ich sowohl einen deutschen Stecker als auch eine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung.

Este es el segundo molino de café de esta marca que tengo, el primero (el modelo anterior al de la reseña) duro aproximadamente 15 años!! por eso decidí usar KRUPS nuevamente. Comparándolo con la versión anterior este es un poco mas pequeño, pero se ve igual de fuerte y duradero. Hace su trabajo bastante bien, dentro de las desventajas, es que el molido del café no es necesariamente homogéneo cuando requieres un molido grueso.

Desgraciadamente no encontré el modelo que buscaba, probablemente está descontinuado. Es para regalo así que solo verifiqué que esté funcionando, lo actualizaré según me comente quien lo va a recibir.
