I recently purchased the Heavy Duty In-Line Compressed Air Pressure Regulator (3/4" NPT, 140 CFM) and I'm impressed! This regulator is exactly what I needed for my air compressor setup. Works like it should….

This pressure regulator works as advertised, allowing you to regulate the air pressure from your air compressor. However, the adjustment is a little finicky. I wanted to set it to 100 PSI and it adjusted to 90 PSI and then several turns appeared to do nothing and then a tiny little turn more and it jumped to 110. Then did same going back down. It took several tries to get it set where I wanted. Secondly, there is a tiny air leak from this unit. It is not enough that you can hear it hiss, but I have valves on each side of my regulator and can close them with full pressure, come back later and there is no pressure at the regulator. I resealed all fittings using high quality tape and paste made special for high pressure gases just to make sure none of my fittings were leaking. I even used a soapy fluid to test fittings and there were no bubbles. The air is leaking from somewhere inside the unit. On an 80 gallon 175 PSI compressor, it leaks enough to loose about 5 PSI a day.

This is a high quality, heavy duty regulator. A perfect fit.

Bought this as my compressor has 210psi pressure at shut off and really was too much for some items that I use. I had hard time finding a regulator that was rated for such high input pressure but I figured I would try this one and add to my water separator. I liked how it was 3/4 pipe fitting size so I was able to keep air flow high. Also unit has another port for gauge that is plugged so can be swapped for air inlet to left or right, so I only had to use shorter pipe to not change my existing setup and just add to. This unit has not disappointed and maintains set pressure well. System pressure lower as compressor off. Only issue was unit came with cracked glass on gauge and when vendor was contacted sent replacement gauge right away. So happy I found and bought this unit! Well worth price

They didn't lie when they said this was heavy duty in line compressor valve it is definitely heavy duty highly recommend a purchase others before this wish I would have bought this first

I would return this but it is installed and I would have to remove eight pumping pieces to get it out and not be able to use my air compressor unitl I got its replacement. The guage is inaccurate and leaks. I have a 175 PSI compressor and it only shows 145 pounds. I didn't knowit was bad unitl I had it installed. I had a spare gauge so that problem is fixed but they owe me a gauge that works. The maximum pressure I can get out of the regulator is 140 pounds with the knob turned as far as it will go. I would not buy another of these.
