Best piece of exercise equipment ever
The Concept2 rower hasn't changed in years because it is perfect. If you own one piece of exercise equipment, own this. They last forever, you will be leaving it to your children. An American classic.

Top shelf performer.
My Concept 2 is an excellent machine. Well designed and durable. Very smooth running. It’s a little loud. Not bad. I can still listen to music on my IPhone. I traded up from a less expensive brand. While it worked just fine, I just wanted to see how my betters live. I don’t for a minute regret my decision.

Great rower!
Great rower! I use an older model at the gym that I go to, so I knew what to expect from the Concept 2.I wanted a low impact machine to have at home to use on the days that I do not go to the gym. I have it right outside of my home office and I will get on and row for 500 meters as a break from my computer. I would highly recommend this machine.

Great exercise, easy to use
Very smooth flywheel, great exercise, quiet. Info screen has great stats. Very easy and simple to set up in 10-15 minutes, best to have two people set up for lifting and aligning.

Have been unable to connect the two pieces therefore have not yet used it. Can’t rate it yet

Lifesaver for blood glucose control
I find that 2000 meters in about 12 minutes about an hour after finishing a meal consistently drops my blood sugar by around 50 points. Yes that is a pretty slow pace for hard core training but works great for lowering blood sugar. It is proving to be invaluable for keeping my type 2 in check.I do have an older model D but not much has changed for the newer version. Honestly the display is pretty dated and clunky but I only do Just Row and use the ErgData app on my iPad to give audio updates.Not a Dr. and not your Dr.
