Solution for the mat doesn't work

LED light is not on:
Check whether the electrostatic blanket is switched on.
Check whether the static blanket mounted a 9-volt battery, and ensure the correct connected to the control box.
Change a new battery.

Blanket does not detect my pets, but LED indicator switch is turned on:
Follow the procedure "static test blanket" to have a test.
Control box may be loose. Unplug the control box, check whether the bolt connection problem, put it back and try it again.
Your pet's feet may have too much hair static electricity caused by the blanket is not triggered. Trim excess fur, exposing pet paws.
If the mat wet, dry and try again.
Change a new battery.

Electrostatic blanket no shows "on" state
Check the battery is correctly placed control box, keep them not being loose.
Check the controller is firmly stuck in the electrostatic pad.
