Best slim wallet ever!
Had a TUMI for ages and it started to show its age and was bulky for what it was. Been looking for a minimalist slim wallet for a while and it was either this or the Note Sleeve. As I don't carry much cash and only a few cards as many loyalty cards, etc, can be put on your mobile phone, the TUMI was too big for what I was looking for. In the end, went for the Slim Sleeve and really happy with the purchase. Such a small wallet and is exactly what I was looking for. Only downside is that it is not RFID protected but I have 2 very thin paper RFID sleeves which does the job without adding further bulk to it. I have to admit, it doesn't like to carry more than 8 cards on one side comfortably. I just have the 2 daily cards and just a couple in the side pocket. UK notes can be folded 3 times but it does add bulk or folded twice so they peek out a bit but this doesn't affect the wallet when it close it shut. Overall, a great wallet made very well with lovely materials. Not had it for long so time will tell but I love it's small profile when I put it into my pockets. Even if you're wearing tight jeans, a breeze to take in and out and does not leave a massive wallet impression on the outside so very discreet.

Fantastic...
Very slim wallet, I hate big and bulky wallets and having a trifold wallet for years decided to try something new. With the advent of payments by phone, I didn't need so much space and this wallet delivers. Can fit 6 cards along with a slim magnifying lens, which is all I need. Fantastic quality and when this one starts looking tired will definitely buying another. Its expensive but Belroy is such a trusted brand and you pay for what you get. Buy cheap and you buy twice.....

A Considered Purchase
Bought this particular Wallet as I keep buying 'Leather' ones that fall apart after 18 months. Although not cheap, you get what you pay for - buy cheap, buy twice! The Leather is superb and the stitching is spot on. It holds my six Cards (including Driving License) with ease and is not bulky in the least. If you carry a lot of Cash, this probably isn't the Wallet for you; I found it held 50 quid in Tens folded up a couple of times, but probably wouldn't want to put more in than that. One criticism is, they should put the Bellroy 'Owl' logo on the front to make it look a bit more classy, but a minor quibble. All in all, it's a lovely piece of leather-work, if a considered purchase.

Nice wallet, but overpriced - Updated review: sturdy wallet. Does the job nicely after 1 year of use
Nice wallet, albeit overpriced for what you actually get. Looks smart enough, but the workmanship doesn't appear to be anything special. I was actually going to return it, once I pulled the product out of it's packaging, but decided in the end to just keep it, as I need a thin wallet, and couldn't be bothered looking around any more; Plus the cheaper alternatives look a bit *too* cheap :) So, three stars is all it gets. Looks okay, and does the job. Price it too high for what you get. UPDATE - 1 YEAR ON... Just an update to my review, as I've now had the wallet for little over a year now. The wallet is now somewhat weathered looking, but it's keeping it's shape and stitching is still holding strong. The weathered look is only on the outside where it's been rubbing against my jean pockets, etc; the inside is still looking smooth and 'newish' as before. I've actually grown to like the wallet to be honest, despite my review earlier! It's just the right size to hold everything I need. Empty it's size is 7.8cm x 9.5cm x 0.8cm (w, h, d). With it fully laden with my stuff it's expanded to around 1.5cm depth - fully laden consists of 2 credit cards (one in each sleeve), 3 more cards (AA, drivers licence, library card) on one side (with the pull up thingy), and several notes and a card on the other. The pull up thingamajig is still working too. So, all in all, it's holding up very well indeed. Still over priced though! I've given it one extra star now for durability. :) Added pictures of the outside (fully laden) and inside to show what it looks like after 1 year of constant battering by yours truly!

My second one of these
Had one of these in brown leather for 3 years and saw this blue one on offer. Great for a few cars, driving license and some cash. Great size in a cashless world and look great. Quality is superb.

Top quality
I spent a lot of time googling reviews and this brand often came top. Went for this one in the end as I wanted something as small and as minimal as I could find and it certainly does the trick. Good colour options and well made, hope it lasts a lot of years to justify the price which was probably double when I was hoping to spend. Early days just a few weeks in but feels lovely to use and hold, would be perfect if it had a magnetic shut.

Very pooor quality for premium price. Avoid
The inside of the wallet began to peel after several weeks. Extremely disappointing for the price I paid. Better wallets out their for less.

Well worth the money
Even though i couldn't find this cheaper anywhere, in this particular colour, I'm not going to complain at £75 for this item. As another reviewer has already mentioned, this is cheap considering how long it will last and be used for. I've significantly reduced my wallet footprint by moving from a conventional card/coin holder to card and notes only. As we approach a cashless society, this does just the trick and looks dead smart. Quality is outstanding, from a well reputed brand.

I only just received this wallet today so I will be sure to pop back in with an update (or several) in the future...but so far it meets my expectations for a highly regarded $80 wallet. Leather: Initial impression is very nice. It is as nice as the "top grain leather" sonoma wallet I carried for literally 16 years prior to this. It feels and smells the way good leather should, and is relatively strong despite being so slim. Size: It really is just a little larger than a credit card or driver license in length/width, and seems to be as thin as you can get for the features present. This disappears in a pocket compared to my years old, old fashion billfold style wallet. Moderately loaded it is thinner and lighter than my old wallet empty. Capacity: I have a total of 6 cards and 7 FRN's (US bills) in it right now and it lies flat/closed when set on a table. One card in each quick slot, four on the right side underneath with the pull tab, and the 7 bills folded over in half (one fold) on the left. The bills protrude a small amount this way, which makes them easy to grab, but not so far as to interfere with the wallet closing. Color: After spending literally hours upon hours looking up pictures and videos of different colors as well as reading people's impressions of the colors new and with age I decided to play it safe with Java. This color may as well be called "wallet brown". This is only the third wallet I have ever owned and it is basically the exact same color as the other two. I really wanted tan but there is a lot of confusion between tan, tamarillo, burnt orange, and some other color that looks about the same whose name I forget. I couldn't find "tan" in stock anywhere and didn't want to take my chances on a really weird color with one of the others...but tamarillo (listed on Amazon currently) is intriguing. Overall Quality: So far, excellent. Good stitching, solid feel, looks and feels quality. *UPDATE March 2017* This is still my one and only wallet and it's still great. I currently have it relatively stuffed with 6 standard cards in the slide out, one standard card in each of the two quick access slots, and ten FRN's (ten US$ bills). The wallet closes flat under its own weight and is still in very good shape. It is completely broken in and the total of 8 cards + 10 bills is the maximum I want to put in it. It's really forcing me to keep my carry stuff trimmed down, which is a good thing because it's so much lighter and easier to pocket. *UPDATE July 2018* Still going strong. Nothing coming apart, holding up well, pullout tab for the ~6 cards on the inside still in perfect condition. I still max it out at at least 6 cards in the pocket, one card in each quick access (8 cards total) and a stack of bills. It has broken in nicely to where it lays perfectly flat on its own when I set it on a table now.

This is my second Bellroy product. I love the simplicity of the design. I love the slim form factor making it really easy to carry cards and cash.

In my opinion, this is as good as it gets for slim and small wallets. The leather feels good and the compactness forces you to think about what to carry. There is plenty of room for at least: 1 license/ID 1 metro card 1 card in the inside slot 3-4 cards in the pull out sleeve maybe 3-4 bills behind the license Any more than the above and the wallet will have issues staying close. Maybe this is something that resolves itself with use and time, but I just have 2 additional cards and my health insurance ID in the pull out pocket, couple of emergency bills behind the license, and everything just works. It's small, disappears into a pocket, and feels like quality. I went through a lot of other options before settling on this. It's pricier than almost everything else, but you get what you pay for. No regrets.

Perfect small wallet this Slim Sleeve! Last bill fold I used was the Bellroy Travel Wallet which I stopped using because of covid cashless life. It was worn too after a good 5 years of left front pocket with phone. Got a new Travel Wallet, but because of covid, the cash went out en receipts to keep went rare. Cards went in the phone. Still need some cards sometimes, but no longer the large and sadly new and unused Travel Wallet. Onto something tiny. Much metal options, but those are not flexible and hard in the pocket. So Bellroy again, cause of the sleeve selection. The smaller the better, but some room for folded cash must be there. Choose this card sleeve because it could hold Euro bills folded once at 80mm, the €50 bill being 70mm when folded. The actual sleeve I got is however a good 5mm smaller than 80mm as advertised, being only 75 mm and thus awkwardly close to the card sleeve and other models. This makes a stack of Euros folded pushing the folding back but folded Euros up to 50's will work. If I had known the smaller size, I might have gotten the card holder. This but this Slim Sleeve comes in Nylon so that I never have to worry about the wallet getting wet, from splashes or sweat that untimely killed my travel wallet. This is a personal issue, but a large travel wallets leather surface retains sweattiness. Very happy that Bellroy now carries the nylon. First Travel Wallet did last about 5 years to being worn. That was leather and vulnerable to moisture. This is Nylon so it could handle that much better. Let’s see in 10 years of pocket endurance, will it make it?
