Arrived on time, well packaged, assembles easily. Brush Head is light enough to manage over full length. Seems sturdy.

Easy to use.
This is a great tool for our corrugated clear plastic roof. The leaves and sticks were blocking all light. The rake is easy to assemble, and to use. It's nice to have the light coming through a clean roof.

Pretty Good for Most Debris
As I hate heights and have no desire to climb on my roof, I started looking for a roof rake after I noticed some debris had begun to accumulate in clumps on the roof of my garage, despite its 30 degree pitch. I kept hoping a heavy rain would wash them away, but the clumps just grew. They appeared to be just wet leaves and sticks that hit a lucky spot and stuck, and once they had been there for 6 months, they were tough to dislodge. Anyway, about the rake itself: assembly is straightforward. I didn't enjoy placing the clips in the tubes to create the locking buttons. Because they are not anchored in place, it is possible for one of the clips to dislodge itself the first time you disassemble the rake. A carefully placed screwdriver got it back in place. But that annoying bit turns an ordinary feature that would never think about into something that now demands care and attention. The directions say the rake can be heavy with all 4 extension segments in place, so it recommends starting with two, placing the rake on the roof, and then adding the last two extensions as necessary. I haven't found that to be necessary; it's all aluminum and the broom is light. It is fairly flexible and looks like you could bend it if you're not careful. The bristles are a bit of a compromise; I guess if they were stiffer, the rake might be damaging to shingles. However, the current softness did mean it took some pressure and back and forth to dislodge anything that had been stuck for a while. But generally, I think this did a good job and seems like as long as I'm careful taking it apart, it should last a long time.

Works well
Easy to use and lightweight. I used to use the attachment on my Stihl blower and that was loud and heavy. Our roof gets debris on it regularly so having something lightweight works great. Would recommend.

Very useful, but with limits.
This is a great way to maintain your roof. If you live under trees, this will help keep things from building up. The bristles on the brush are nice and firm, making it easy to catch leaves and other debris on your roof. A family members roof had not had debris removed in years and this brush just couldn't get the matted stuff down. It required someone getting on the roof. But for maintenance, this is great.

Best working rake ever!!!
Had to try something new for getting pine needles off the roof...hubby fell off the ladder trying to clean some off. He's fine. But needed something easier for him to use. And this rake does the job! All cleaned off in no time. And it's American made...how often can you find that??!! I had a minor problem with the shipping...no, not the company fault, the issue was a USPS problem. And some gentleman named Ron was texting me sometimes twice a day as he was trying to track it down. Talk about customer service!!! I haven't had service like that in years!! You won't go wrong purchasing this rake! It is awesome!!!

Why sharp edges and burrs - follow up review
This is a follow-up review to my review a few days ago.For the first time ever, I received a reply to my email from a company.Mr. Rotole, the head of sales at Roof Rake, apologized and said the company is investing in machinery that will do a better job of deburring tubing and eliminating sharp edges on their products.I believe him and wish this American company all the best. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Roof Rake.

Worked great
I used this to brush leaves off my roof, and it worked great for that. Assembly was quite easy and I had no problems attaching or removing the extension pieces. It’s also quite light weight, making it easier to handle on the roof.
