Will this pressure valve reset after water line thaws

The preset pressure relief valve will still be set at 75 PSI as long as the valve is not broken because it was frozen. If a valve is allowed to freeze then the warranty is void. To answer your question thawing out a water line will not change the valve preset pressure.

In my house main, I have installed pressure relief valves but they all leak at a drop/second Would the leak stopped over time as it stabilizes?

If the pressure on the house main is close to 75psi then it will continue to drip, or if the pipes were not flushed out before the valve was installed then a small piece of something like sand could be wedged under the seal of the valve. So, no for sure answer if it will quit. Unless the water pressure in the pipe is around 75 psi.

How do you adjust the pressure? There was no documentation.

This valve can not be adjusted. We can not assume the liability if adjusted incorrectly or set at to high a pressure.

Is adjustable

When I first installed it it leaked. It says it is set at 75lbs but leaked at 55lbs. I took the cap aff and used a screw driver to adjust it to a higher pressure. Works great now!
