For as long as I can remember I've been one of those people whose mind goes into overdrive when I put my head on the pillow and try to sleep--it can take hours for me to fall asleep. As part of my sleep hygiene (yep, that's the official name for that), I wanted to get off of caffeine (after noon) and reduce any alcohol that might be interfering with my ability to get rest (yes, I was THAT serious about fixing my sleep problem)...I purchased the cherry flavored pure Just Relax after reading the ingredients. I've had magnesium before, so I knew to start with only a single serving and ease my way into the product.Result? It works. Great sleep. not kidding. I'm on my second jar. Even better? I put the same scoop that they recommend for a 6oz glass of water into a 16 oz go cup, and I also put that same scoop into my 32 oz big mug to sip after noon. The taste is still great. I h-a-t-e artificial sweeteners, but the amount of monk fruit in this is not over done. I've been really pleased and will continue with the product.Buy some. You'll be sleeping soon.

I have tried a number of sleep aids and supplements for insomnia, including (but not limited to) melatonin, apigenin, l-theanine, benadryl, sleepy-time tea, and others. I have been taking Pure for the past 3 weeks, and can say with confidence that it has BY FAR given me the most consistent and best quality sleep out of everything. I do feel a little drowsy some mornings after taking it, but it's not nearly as bad as a melatonin/benadryl hangover and it only lasts a few hours. I am generally feeling more rested and my mental state has improved. I take a little extra myo-inositol on nights I feel I might have trouble sleeping. Overall, highly recommend.

This is great for relaxing but for me it didn't put me to sleep. I see it as a mild relaxing supplement that gives me some good nutrition for relaxing. It tastes good. I mix it with sparkling water and some apple cider vinegar.

This stuff is the best. I feel so calm after drinking this. I drink about an hour before bed and this definitely helps! Highly recommend!

My husband and I used to take this and it was fantastic! Great sleep, lower stress levels, fantastic taste. They have somehow changed the product. It no longer tastes the same and we get absolutely no benefit from this product. We won't be buying again, why take a product if it doesn't work? What a shame that they changed a fantastic product.

As someone who sometimes experiences paralyzing anxiety, trust me: THIS WORKS!! I can't say that it's going to work for everyone, but I can say that it works very well for me. I just went back to college after several years absence and have been experiencing quite a bit of stress with homework, exams, etc. But this has totally made all the difference for me. It keeps me calm, level, and I am able to concentrate. Sleep has never been an issue for me, but I do feel that I am waking up feeling more rested every morning when I take this the night before. The only note I would make to the company is that it would be great to get some other flavors to switch it up a bit. But honestly, I'm just so happy it works for me, the flavor is no big deal. Definitely recommend trying it out. If you suffer from anxiety or have sleep issues, you will definitely have some kind of benefit from this :)

It is very mild but great ingredients. Wish it were a bit less expensive so i could afford to continue purchasing. The cherry flavour is not particularly delicious - too chalky - but better than nothing, maybe?

Wow, I have been wanting a good tasting magnesium supplement powder for a long time and this is it! It can’t be mixed with us hot or cold water, and it tastes like a watermelon jolly rancher! It’s actually refreshing. And leaves my mind feeling calm. There is also a lot of product for the price you pay. Love!
