Q: Is the case waterproof as well?

I f do on’t believe that the case is waterproof.

Q: How do you turn these off? After using, i have placed both pods in the case and closed the lid, but the lights don’t turn off.

You tap the top of earbuds. Then when you put in case the lights will light up to show you how much battery charge is left. Then the lights will go out.

Q: Can you use this for phone calls? If so, how is the quality of the mic? Can others hear you well? Do they hear a lot of other background noise?

YES I RECIEVED A CALL ON MY IPHONE WHILE LISTENING TO MUSIC AND IT CAME THROUGH ON MY EAR BUDS. I COULD HEAR AND WAS ABLE TO TALK TO CALLER.

Q: How can I activate noise cancelation????

You have to click on the ear plugs and you can hear the earplugs going on activate mode if am not mistaken you can click it twice and it should come off
