Lifetime 91069 Big Stuff Swing Set, Earthtone

We bought this playset as our daughter has been begging for a swingset for a while. While the price was a bit steep, it does seem to be high quality and sturdy now that we've put it together. The assembly of the swingset took a bit longer than we had realized it would. For us it took probably 10-12 hours. Others have suggested that the instructions were vague or hard to understand, but I didn't find that to be the case. The instructions were actually some of the best I've ever seen as they not only have the printed step by step manual in the box with the swingset, but they also have a QR code where you can scan it and go directly to any part of the assembly for a video showing how it's done. The full assembly video was very helpful to me several times throughout the assembly, so I recommend watching that in full (about 45 minute video) before trying to put it together. Then take advantage of the video at the individual steps if you are confused about how something goes together. The QR code will send you right to the spot in the video you need to view. The biggest issue I had putting it together was that i did it by myself, and it would have been helpful to have 2 or 3 people at multiple points in the process. Without another person to help i struggled to line up bolt holes, etc at times. You'll especially need help when installing the roof trusses and roof panels, so plan ahead for that. Also, we did have trouble finding a couple of parts in the box, especially a bracket to mount the binoculars. In the end we found that the bracket was embedded in the styrofoam where we hadn't seen it, so make sure to look closely there if you find any parts are missing. All in all we're very happy with the swingset after getting it put together. Our daughter loves it and begs to go out and play on it daily. Hopefully it'll stand up to the test of time with our Minnesota winters.

The swing set is fun and sturdy. However, there are some pretty large openings when you step down from the tower. Would not recommend for kids who cannot confidently use the rock climbing or ladder feature.

I also watched a few YouTube videos ahead of time, which made the process even smoother. We added the Lifetime bucket swing accessory for our younger child, and it integrated perfectly. Design & Features: Platform & Treehouse Feel: The covered platform gives shade from the sun and doubles as a “getaway spot” that feels like a treehouse. It even has binoculars, a chalkboard, and a molded-in plastic “road” on the floor for toy cars, which has been a huge hit. Slide & Swings: Both kids love sliding down, and the swings are sturdy enough for our older child while still safe for our toddler. Durability: Made of heavy-duty metals and plastics, this set feels much sturdier than wooden swing sets, which often fade or deteriorate in just a few years. Living in Florida, I especially value the weather resistance and stability—important for long-term use and peace of mind during storm season. Performance: Both kids use it daily, and it’s holding up beautifully. The design encourages imaginative play as well as active fun, and I can see this lasting many years without major maintenance. Bottom Line: This swing set is an excellent investment for families with multiple kids or growing children. It’s thoughtfully designed, easy to assemble, and built with durable materials that should withstand years of heavy use. My children absolutely love it, and I feel confident it will be a safe and lasting addition to our backyard. Highly recommended.

A bit of a chore to put together but it is STURDY and well made The kiddo loves it

My 8 & 3 year old love it. They enjoy playing on everything. I can play with them- it’s very sturdy, well built. My husband and a friend put it together in 7 hours (technically 6, with an hour break for lunch.) Time consuming to put together, but given how big it is, that was expected. Instructions were easy to follow, parts organized and labelled well. Delivered on time. Boxes and parts all new, no damage to either. Highly recommend.

Arrived well packaged and quickly. Two person install. I recommend using an impact gun or drill with an allen key tip. You will save yourself hours. Build quality is great. Well worth the money
