Q: Could this pillow support both legs?

the width of the pillow is 21" so it can support both legs unless legs are very large. The important unique feature of this pillow is that the area behind the knees is curved and less likely to interfere with circulation or put pressure on the nerves.....other pillows are straight angled

Q: Will this work for someone with short legs? I'm only 5" tall.

I'm assuming you meant to write that you are 5 feet tall. I am as well and this pillow works perfectly for me. Your legs do not hang over the far edge. Complete support during icing and elevation after my total knee replacement. I highly recommend.

Q: Is this pillow shaped as shown where it goes up on a slant shown in the picture or does it have an angle up on top where it’s behind your knees?

it is curved/sloped as opposed to the angle of other pillows I have seen that can cause pressure points and problems

Q: Has this cushion started to disintegrate for anyone?

I have had my cushion for a few years, and there are no signs of disintegration.
