It should but it depends on how severe your pronation (problem) is. Depends on the type of shoe you are wearing also.

Q: Will this work for someone who plays soccer? Would it fit ok inside soccer cleats?

Used it for adult men's league softball after having surgery 9 months earlier on Achilles' tendon. Fits comfortable inside cleats and gives me the support I was looking for.
