USA PanUSA Pan 1145LF Bakeware Aluminized Steel 1.25 Lb Loaf Pan, Medium, Silver

All my baking pans are made by USA pans. I do not own the ones specified as nonstick; I make sure I prep my pans and have never had anything stick. The heavyweight material ensures even baking and even browning each time. They clean easily after the cooldown with just Dawn and hot water. Mine have never seen the inside of our dishwasher; it only takes two minutes at most to hand wash.

First loaf baked today in my new 1.25lb pan. My bread was a very high hydration seeded wheat loaf and the recipe specifically states to use parchment paper bc the bread is so sticky and it always stuck to the blogger's pans. Well, I defied rules and very sparingly greased the pan with olive oil because I didn't want to waste my bread and skipped the parchment paper. I was fully expecting to have to work my bread out but when I tipped the pan sideways onto my cooling rack, the bread literally just fell out. I love when a product does what it says it does! I washed it out with a tiny bit of dawn dish soap and warm water and then put it back in the oven upside in the residual heat to dry it. works great. I leave the oven light on so I remember it's in there. This pan is heavy duty and sturdy. I will update this review down the road when I have put some more usage under it's belt but based on first impressions, it's a 5 star keeper.

I love the quality of these loaf pans. They are heavy and solid and bake up sourdough breads beautifully! I don't even need to prep the pans with anything and the loaf slips out easily every time! I will definitely be adding more pieces from this manufacturer in the future!

I have been using my old Teflon-coated bread pans for many many years, and I figured as long as the Teflon didn't detriorate I couldn't justify buying new. But if I had a dollar of every loaf of bread that got stuck in the bottom of that thing... At long last, a loaf of dough somehow managed to become permanent cement on in the edges. After soaking and scrubbing a half dozen times the "non-stick coating finally started to chip away, rendering the old pans worthless except for the scrap heap.So I figured if I had to buy new bread pans I would try to get the best for my budget. A bit of internet research and it seems that USA Pans is what the pros prefer for their bakeries. They are a couple bucks more than most other brands, and they also have a non-stick coating (which, not gonna lie, makes me a little nervous) that fortunately is NOT Teflon based.. I also hesitated due to the fold creases in the corners and the corrugation, worried that would just increase my clean-up frustrations.Boy, was I pleasantly surprised when my first few loaves of our sandwich bread came out PERFECT, literally and figuratively. The bread loaves raised into the ideal shape (no funny dunlop muffin-top, tho thats likely because I sized up from my old 4x8"). They were perfectly golden brown on top, soft and moist just right and when I remove them from the pan, they slip right into my hand. No fuss, no mess, easy wipe down clean up. The best bread I ever ate, and I made it! Best part is, I bake 3-4 loaves of bread a week for our household and in the month I have been using these pans, I haven't had a single fail, nor even a flaw frankly. Perfect every time.USA pans has earned themselves a loyal lifetime customer. Not even exaggerating. I am so haply with these pans I am confident in saying I will go out of my way to buy only USA pans bakeware for the rest of my life. This brand just set a very high bar for any other bakeware. At least for me.Spend the few extra bucks for these pans. You won't regret it.

This loaf pan is truly nonstick—even after baking, the loaf comes out perfectly with no effort. I bought two of these, and I absolutely love this brand. The quality is outstanding, and it makes baking a joy. Highly recommend!

These pans are amazing, not only look well made but they are. Makes a nice size loaf of bread, at a great price. Like any metal pan like this, I don't recommend soaking in water and keep upside down so it completely gets any water out of the folds so you don't get rest

I've owned two of these pans for a couple of years - I absolutely LOVED them, until yesterday. I noticed while drying the pan with a towel that one of my two pans has some pitting throughout the finish. I have cared & used both pans exactly the same but only one of them has this problem. I only bake bread about once a month. I always hand wash & only used silicon utensils with all my pans. Needless to say, with the best of care, this one pan has failed me. I have contacted USA Pans & hope they will honor their lifetime warranty.The pans themselves have been wonderful; bread baked in them is the the best - the pans are sturdy & solid. I am not sure now, knowing what I know, if I would buy them again, though. They are more expensive than other pans & I definitely expect a bread pan that is used, maybe, 12x a year, should last at least a decade.I plan to update this review if & when I get any response from USA Pans.update: I did get a nice response from the company & they are sending me a replacement. I am going to add a star to my review - I do love the pans, I have never had better quality or a problem until now! If I didn't have a problem at all, they would have gotten a 5 star review.
