Threw up 3, 4 times pooped 2 or 3 times... I was surprised I guess I live kinda right. I don't eat pork or beef so maybe that's why it wasn't as horrible... stomach did feel off the next day and it feels like your going through the fluid you feel weird the hold time. It taste like your eating a Bear aspirin and ear wax not delicious. I just held my nose not to taste much.

I don’t want to give it any stars because I recently bought 2 of them and they didn’t work, I took one Friday and I took the other one Sunday just to see but it hasn’t worked at all

Didn't work at all. No bathroom, no nothing, I only urinated a lot from drinking so much water.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that there are step by step instructions on the label, making it easy for me to follow along. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and attention to detail. After I soaked it. It was kinda a brow color it was kinda moist but wasn’t hard to swollen the taste waste to bad but I drink water after. After taking this product my whole body felt weak for a whole day I only throw up for and hour but I promise I felt amazing day after I recommend to all amazing product great quality
