This product works for me so I am able to get sleep,relieve pain pretty much during the day also. It is a supplement not a drug that would makes person drowsy!

What's most important to know about my experience with Nerve Renew is that I had high hopes for this product to relieve me of at least some small bit of the pain of neuropathy. I sincerely hope that the manufacturers and marketers of this product truly believe in its efficacy and not that they are selling an ineffectual supplement to we unsuspecting consumers. Some of the reviews of Nerve Renew were quite positive and I am happy for those who have been helped. I promised myself that I would continue to take Nerve Renew for four months and had harbored hopes that it would give me some measure of improvement in that time, but it has not helped in the least. When I began taking Nerve Renew, I felt some assurance that the manufacturers or sellers of this product would stand behind it since there was notice "If this neuropathy support supplement doesn’t reduce nerve pain and significantly benefit you, return within a year for your money back". I have taken this statement directly from the seller's page description of this product. Now, I am embarking on what I hope is not a journey of fighting for my money back, but an honest and uneventful return of the price of 4 bottles of Nerve Renew.

seems like they might be helping my feet not burn so bad

i am on my 2nd bottle and it is working for me, it takes time to work and is not instant, depending on how much nerve damage you have update i have been using this 2 times per day for 5 months and it worked great until it did not work so well anymore, and my feet started hurting me again and my blood pressure went up. found out from my doctor that vitamin D, which is one of the ingredients in this (and my doctor has me also on vitamin D3 at 5,000 iu) is interfering with my blood pressure medication and do not take vitamin D3 with my blood pressure medication, to take my blood pressure medication at night, and vitamin D3 in mornings. so talk to your doctor if this no longer works for you, it might be interfering with medication your are taking, i will still take this 2 times per day because it does work for me as long as i am not taking vitamin D3 or this at same time i take my blood pressure medication, and be sure to exercise 4 to 5 days a week, that also helps
