When Mummy Works From Home Board book – 9 Jun. 2022

When Daddy Works From Home and When Mummy Works From Home are both delightful books to share with young children. Although board books that are suitable from 10 months plus, my almost six year old thoroughly enjoyed them. As both my partner and I work from home these books had many parallels that we as a family share on a daily basis.They're written from the perspective of Mum/ Dad and say what they are doing, what they can see their child doing and how they are feeling. My daughter really loved hearing about the parents' feelings and wanted to know how we felt in similar circumstances.The lyrical text compliments the soft, warm illustrations well. There's lots of relatable items to spot in each image and plenty of discussion points.We love them both. Thanks to Templar Books for our review copies.
