I have been using mental alert for years and I believe that it helps me be alert and focus, especially through the afternoon down periods.

Different people may feel differently with this stuff, but for me it is really great. I can only take one bill or I feel my blood pressure is going to rise. After taking a dose I have great consentration and focus. Can work all day and no problem with any sleeping either, as long as I take this before noon. Not at all like caffine which lifts you up and then drops you later. Best stuff I have tried in a long time.If you take it to late in the day, then I find I will wake up after 6 hours of sleep and am ready to go. The only problem is that later that day I feel tired. Probably because I did not get enough sleep.

I have been using this supplement for over a month and have seen some success. It is my hope I will see more success in the months ahead. I will say this is the best success I have seen and I have previously tried 3 other kinds of these pills that did not work.
