SUNMANC Kombucha 30 packets, Sparkling Probiotic Fermented Drink, Convenient Powdered Drink Mix, Tea Powder, Low Calories, Sugar 0g, Low Caffeine (Peach)

I've waited to write a review, because I wanted to be sure any changes I saw seemed directly related to the use of this kombucha. One of our teens is autistic and has upset stomach at least once a week (likely due to anxiety related to autism). I had read a few articles online about how probiotics not only helps GI issues (I can personally say that's true for myself! I tend to get kombucha in a bottle from my grocery store for myself, but none of the flavors seemed to appeal to our teen) but that the mind/stomach connection (apparently there is one!) can be helped along by improving the gut bacteria, which apparently sends signals to the brain in a cyclical nature that helps both the GI issues as well as easing some of the anxiety in autistic people. Do a google search for yourself, I'm not doing the research much justice here with my layman explanation. All of that to say that it has definitely helped ease our teen's stomach upset complaints (they drink it about 4-6 times a week, mixing 1 packet into a 24-ish oz water bottle). Now, this could be coincidental, but it does seem to be easing our teen's anxiety levels a bit as well. I'm not a doctor, this isn't medical advice, only our personal experience. We got the lemon, which is pretty tasty, and then my husband ordered the peach for himself and he loves it (he takes it as needed when he's got some digestive discomfort, probably about 1x-2x/week. Again, I love the stuff in a bottle I get at the grocery store, but I have to say it's great to keep a packet of this in my purse for both my teen and I in case we have any stomach upset while out and about, especially since we always have a water bottle with us wherever we go. I’ve tried so many different brands but this has been my top choice and bought 20+ boxes so far. Apple is my favorite but go with other flavor occasionally just to give variety.

It tastes like my favorite Korean drink, picnic like carbonated version of it. The drink is lightly carbonated and forms a nice foam on top when poured and mixed with water. The only downside of it is that it forms a lot of bubbles. The kombucha overflowed because it was too fizzy.

This is on the sweeter side for being lemon flavored! I ordered these to try since I ran out of my other brand. They're a good price for 10. I will definitely order more of these:) They do have that slight fizz.

I got this for a probiotic booster. Not a big fan of Kombucha but this one is pretty good. Upon mixing i let it sit for about 5 minutes to get the "fizz" out. I put one packet into one liter of water. Works for me.

とても美味しいです。イメージは、駄菓子のコーラの粉ジュースのように少し炭酸っぽくなります。 自己流ですがオススメな作り方書いておきます。 水ペットボトル500だと大きい2口くらい飲んでから(4～5センチくらい)1包入れて、水がこぼれ無い程度にペットボトルを押し潰してフタを閉めて 4、5回逆さまにして優しく混ぜるとちょうどよく膨らんで問題なく作れます！ コスパもかなりいいと思いますし、液体を薄めて飲むものと違いかなり扱いやすくて好感触です。 空腹感が通常の飲み物より紛れるので頑張る方は置き換えもできますし、食べ過ぎたくない場合も食事前に飲むとかなり食事量は減らせますね！ 今回はピンクグレープフルーツ味ですが、他の味も試したいので 私はリピート確定です。

微炭酸で美味しいし手軽です。

美味しいし、kcalも低めなので断食中の空腹を紛らわせるのにいいです！ 炭酸で割ればご褒美気分で飲めます！

さきにアソート購入。グレープフルーツ味もシャインマスカット味もどちらも美味しいですが、グレープフルーツ味の方が安くなっているのでこちらを。清涼飲料水を飲むよりマシかなと思って飲んでます。めちゃくちゃ暑いときは500ccに溶かしてましたが最近は400cc位が1番いいかなと思います。
