Help Your Kids With Music

This book is fantastic! I've been out of college for several years now, so pretty much all math that I had learned has since been forgotten. I'm planning on going back for a masters, and will need to take a number of college-level math classes (yikes!). I'm trying to re-teach myself as much as possible, and I have found this book to be one of the most helpful. It's a very "busy" book, and by that I mean that each and every page is filled with pictures, words, numbers, etc., but that is part of what makes this book so helpful to me. I do wish that this book offered additional problems and solutions on each topic, but I have found another option to get more practice in. Great resource to have if you have kids in school as well!

I love this book. I think it explains math concepts really well and I like the way the book is laid out. Even the font is great. I feel like it is one of the best books I have come across to help a child that is struggling in math. This was a good purchase, and I am glad I bought this book. No buyers regret.

We homeschool our children and they struggled with math. I took a chance on this purchase as another helping tool. Turned out to be the best decision. Ended up going back and buying each book for each subject.

My nephew wasn't thrilled when I handed it to him, but having looked through the content myself, I think it's a great book :) It covers all the mathematical concepts and topics that he'll likely need for the next 10 years, all the way through high-school. Based on the generous use of color, and the formatting, it's obviously meant to explain and teach young children. It'll definitely require that an adult help teach the material, because as stated, it covers a lot of topics; but definitely a useful resource.

So far it helps remind me how to solve each type of math problem. There are a few forms that I remember being taught differently but that’s ok. The biggest issue is that “common core” or the teacher (or both), have taught my son a different way to solve each type of math. Like many parents, tryin to figure out “common core” math methods is frustrating and confusing. This book hasn’t helped me understand “common core” math but it helps me and my son get the correct answers. I just worry we’ll get a teacher that won’t like us solving the problems a different way than they are teaching, but I will politely tell them to......

In the past, I have used this book as an aid for tutoring in math skills I needed a little brushing up on. Now that I am in a classroom setting where all subjects are taught, this has proved to be very effective for quickly answering questions my students may have.

This is a book that every kid should be given. It shows how to master math at all levels of primary school and lays a good Math foundation for High School Math.

Bought this book for my kids I’m not always going to Ben able to explain to my kids how to solve problems. So far my 6 year old has found it useful on the telling time subject. This will be very useful during summer time when’s the get their next grade workbooks.

My daughter attends a public school in Hamburg which insists on place meant in math class by birth date. Hey, why not by foot size? She learns no math at school because of incorrect placement but at home she can browse through this book. She is in Germany so we got the german version too. Nice any colorful for a girl. Daughter likes to browse through it.

Usavo questo testo con i miei figli all'estero e ora che siamo in Italia e' sempre utile, per cui l'ho riacquistato. E' scritto in inglese quindi si deve conoscere bene questa lingua, ma la matematica e' un linguaggio universale, e il libro funziona ovunque. Consente davvero di capire e ripassare le nozioni di matematica che ci siamo dimenticati e quindi di aiutare i figli. Il libro spiega talmente bene che i miei figli lo leggono anche loro per passatempo. Ottimo per genitori e figli.

Total wastage of money!!!

My son really likes this book and he reads it as if he is reading comics (he loves math). The materials are well organized and they have just the right amount of detail.
