Material completely defeats the intended purpose of the product. Mesh material with practically zero compression. Basically works like a Haines wifebeater. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

Annoying how I ordered the two pack and got charged but only received ONE shirt. As for the shirt it’s a comfortable compression. Keeps chest and tummy area tight, mesh part is more breathable.

I bought for my son and thought that it would be tight like a woman’s compression garment but it’s the opposite it was about as flexible as summer material leggings, so don’t size up. Maybe your normal size or size down.
