I’ve had this feeder for more than 6 months now and it still works like a charm. My favourite feature is the voice recording. My only issue is the fact that the food dish is very low, so if you have a big breed cat that’s tall, they may struggle a bit while eating.

This is amazing. My dog was scared of it at first, now he waits for the food to come out all the time. This will help me worry less when im outside the house and i need to feed my dog. It’s very easy to connect to the app too!

Specially when you are away at work or for a day this one is really handy and easy to install and works pretty well. Happy with this buy.

First - quality is good. We have it for about one month and it never missed feeding. Some people write that it’s hard to set up time and size of feeding. I find it very easy, just read it in manual first. And before to program it discover how much portions u need per feeding by pressing “manual feeding”. The option to play ur recorded voice message is nice, my cats always run to it once they hear my voice is calling them :) and be careful that pieces of cat food r within the range, though now we use whiskas and it has some pieces 1.2 cm and some even 1.4 but it didn’t cloggedOverall I’m very happy with this automatic feeder. It doesn’t fall, but our cats didn’t try to play with it, I put it next to wall just in case.The only bad moment I have faced is that once we had ants, they were attracted by smell of food, so they were able to go through feeding tubes inside the food container. But we just moved feeder far away and sprayed “ants path” with piffpaff and had no problem after. But I wouldn’t advice to put this feeder outdoor

Good but need time to adjust it

Super disappointed with this product. My cat dropped it super easily and opened the lid. All the food came out and he ended up eating so much dry food.

Ordered the automatic feeder after one of my cats would constantly wake us up around 4-5 AM for a meal since we stopped free feeding them. Since we have two cats we decided to go ahead with the dual bowl option. I only started using it yesterday and I'm already very pleased. The set up was a breeze - the manual lists all the steps clearly. You can set up to 6 meals. The meal portion needed a little bit of calculation but we used the manual feed option to check the size of 1 portion size and decided on setting 5 portions per cat. Both my cats are super jumpy and I thought they'd get scared of the dispenser but surprisingly they have taken quite well to it and now try to put their hand up the feeding nozzle to get more food (that doesn't work). The lid of the kibble holder has silica sachets to keep the food dry and fresh which was a welcome surprise. I am very satisfied with this machine and would recommend it to anyone who travels, is out of the house often or has cats that can tell time.

We have to belly-minded cats who treat every meal as their last. Any chance at eating, and they'll be knocking you over to get at food. Our cracking point was the 5am meowing and clawing at us while trying to sleep. This solved our problem!Set up was quick and easy. Not sure what other people found difficult about it. Also didn't find anything about the needing to have a recording for automatic feeding? Who knows!I've come home to the feeder tipped over on it's side and pulled away from the wall (not unplugged) and no food spilled. I received a notification from the app the only two times they managed to pull it away from the wall and unplug it. My girlfriend also has the app and she received the same notification at work (about 45 mins away) — so I was pretty impressed with that!I would recommend everyone, however, to take some time to get the correct measurement for the food. What we found was easiest was the lock our crazy cats in a room and add up the servings until we reached the desiered amount. I sat down with a measuring cup and started at 2 servings and worked my way up to the amount I wanted/needed. I wish I did this right away! Googling the conversion isn't always accurate due to food size — or so we found out (the hard and long way). This kind of warns (for lack of a better word) of this in the intructions.The app is easy to set up and manage. As mentioned, both my girlfriend and me have the app and find it useful. It's also able to despense a single serving of you find maybe they need a snack (or distraction in our case most times hahaha).Our two cats continually try to break this thing open and haven't even come close to it yet. They've jumped on top of it, tipped it over, have bit and clawed it... They've done it all and haven't opened it!!My only tiny tiny TINY recommendation (mainly to the manufacturer) would be to make the base for the dishes on the bottom clippable. They just kind of sit into the base of the feeder, but it would be nice to have them clip in firmly. Truly does not affect the day-to-day operation of this feeder. Just an idea for the right person to see!Really happy with this product! A bit expensive, but totally worth it for our continued sanity!!!

Funcionó muy bien durante un tiempo. Pero a los meses dejó de salir alimento. Es un poco peligroso porque ocurrió de repente y no tiene ningun indicador de que no sale comida. Lo bueno que sucedió cuando estaba en la casa, no quiero imaginar si hubiera sucedido estando de viaje.

I had to obtain two different feeders for my cats. I had this model with a splitter but one cat became territorial. They great things about this feeder is they cannot shake the food loose it’s easy to program and unbeknownst to me it was Wi-Fi connected. I had brought another brand not knowing this brand had been updated. Needless to say it was returned because my cats could hit it and knock the food out. A great feeder overall and very satisfied.
