Having had painful feet for ages these have been a revelation! Amazing!

Gel heel cups
Arrived very fast and works well. I dont feel the pain under my heel when in use. They stay put in my shoes. ( High heels, bikerboots, jogging etc,) I have european footsize 36-37 and weight is 65-70 kg. I recomend them warmly!

Ineffectual !In my experience if you have hell pain you need to use a full support insole. i.e. Slimflex Full Length Standard Orthotic Insoles

they are fine
They did the job. they do slide a bit but it helped much with the issue I had. Happy and satisfied.
