This storage bench has been a great new addition to our living room for toy storage. It looks stylish and blends in well with our decor, but it’s also very roomy and holds a lot of toys. I love the two safety hinges. The lid opens and closes slowly, which makes it safe for my toddler. The height is perfect for him to reach in and out on his own. It’s very sturdy and feels solid once assembled. It only took a short time to build, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. There was no weird smell like some furniture pieces can have. As a bonus, it works well as a little seating bench too. We are really happy with it so far!

Hello, mortals! This is your Furry Feline Overlord, here to pass judgment on what my hooman can opener spends my tuna money on. She purchased this for her entrance hall. I thoroughly inspected it and had fun in the box while I watched her put it together, so I am qualified to report on it. + It took her about an hour, doing it mostly by herself. She said the instructions were "good" (just pictures). There was considerably less hissing and spitting from her than with other things that came in a fun box. + You will need a flat screwdriver, in addition to the philips head screwdriver included (this did annoy her, because she had to borrow one from next door as she lost hers) + She says it's easier to attach the lid if you leave it laying on its back, not sit it up like in the photo (at this point, her father dropped by and assisted her with it, and THEN there was some quarreling about the "best way to do it" -- I watched from the dining room table) + It takes about an hour, and one hooman can do it alone (but it's easier with two) Once finished, I inspected the interior. It has nice width/depth, perfect for hiding in as a cat (she insisted on storing things in it instead; it holds two large blankets on one side, with room for more). It's very sturdy and heavy enough to be safe for pets and kids. The lid does not easily fall down, it needs pushed gently, so nothing can get "trapped" inside accidentally. I sniffed it and it doesn't stink. It's a lot nicer than most particleboard containers and all of the holes were in the right place. They also included a little packet of "extras" in case, which was nice, because she needed one of them. All in all, it was a thrilling experience, after which I demanded fresh-baked salmon and took a nap on top of it. Until next time, hoomans.

Appearance is good but it is standard low grad as should be expected. I do believe it will last. The assembly wasn't hard at all and it included a screwdriver and allen wrench. You will need a small hammer to install the foot pads. The only dislike is that Nostradamus feels that the hinge fasteners will struggle to survive long term.

Excellent quality for the price. Easy to assemble, but two people make it quicker. Good storage and attractive. I bought two, the first two years ago and it still looks and performs great.

Love these!! They painted great, no paint chips or peeling. I’m using as dining storage in our breakfast nook. Love that they can hold 300lbs each. Good storage for paper towels, Tupperware, etc. Easy to assemble

Apart from the box being a slight be damaged the product inside was not. This trunk albeit not real wood as the price clearly reflects that it is well worth the money. The colour is amazing and matches with my other stand also order by this same company. It is super easy to put together as the instructions are step by step and easy to read. It isn’t overly heavy and only needs one person to lift and or move around. It is deep and holds all the blankets I had. The lid has two sets of hinges with one set being spring and will hold the lid open as u pack stuff in or take things out. I am so happy with this purchase and absolutely love this company. Thanks for making things like this affordable and of wrest quality.
